Chop Point Summer Camp

Enroll in a camp session

To enroll, follow these steps:

  1. Print a copy of the official Chop Point camper enrollment form (available for U.S. campers or international campers . (These forms are PDF files, which require the free Adobe Acrobat viewer. If you have trouble opening a file when you click the link, try downloading a new version of the viewer from Adobe.)

  2. Fill out the enrollment form.

  3. Send the enrollment form to us with a recent photo.

  4. IMPORTANT: A deposit ($400 for a 3 or 6 week session, $50 for a 5-day session) must be paid at the time of enrollment. You can either mail in a check (drawn on a US bank) with your enrollment form, or pay securely online with a credit card, debit card or electronic check (Note you can also use this form to pay a balance owed to us, simply by changing the amount to be paid in the box below):
